Last updated: April 17, 2026. These terms apply to the MotoCare iOS app and related web services (including this site). They are between you and the operator identified below—not Apple Inc., except where Apple's Licensed Application EULA applies to your use of the App from the App Store. Please review with legal counsel for your jurisdiction.
The MotoCare app and related services ("MotoCare") are operated by Oleg Kosariev ("we", "us", "our"). The name shown as seller in the MotoCare listing on the Apple App Store should match the developer account used to distribute the App.

By downloading, installing, or using MotoCare ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA") where Apple requires it for App Store distribution. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be able to form a binding contract where you live. The App is not intended for children under 13. If you allow a minor to use the App, you are responsible for their activity.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial vehicle maintenance tracking, subject to these terms, the Apple EULA (where applicable), and App Store rules. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App except where law forbids that restriction. You may not use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access our systems without permission.
MotoCare helps you organize and track vehicle maintenance, schedules, and related information you enter. All schedules, reminders, maps, calendar exports, and suggestions in the App are for general guidance and convenience only. They may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong for your specific vehicle, climate, riding style, or jurisdiction.
The App is provided as is. It does not replace professional mechanical advice, manufacturer service bulletins, certified inspections, recalls, or safety-critical decisions. You use MotoCare and any information it presents entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for how you maintain and operate your vehicle and for verifying any work before you ride or drive.
Summary: MotoCare Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple to your Apple ID. It keeps renewing until you cancel in iOS Settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions); canceling stops future charges only—see the bullets below for timing and refunds.
Some features require an account. MotoCare Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (where enabled in your region and build) through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple is the merchant of record for those purchases: charges are billed to your Apple ID, not processed as a direct card payment to us.

These Terms (together with the Apple EULA where it applies) govern your use of the licensed App. Your contract for the App is with the operator in Section 1, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, maintenance schedules, or any third-party materials. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
If the App fails to conform to a valid warranty (if any), you may notify Apple; where applicable, Apple may refund the purchase price for the App to the maximum extent permitted by Apple's policies. To the extent permitted by the Apple EULA, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and of the Apple EULA, and that upon your acceptance of these documents, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Maintenance schedules: MotoCare may present schedules from our service catalogs, templates, or your own inputs. The in-app AI Schedule action loads catalog or template-based plans; it is not a substitute for a certified inspection or manufacturer service program. All such information is for guidance only and may be wrong for your situation. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must verify any schedule or recommendation against your manual, manufacturer guidance, and a qualified mechanic. If a future build offers third-party generative AI, treat that output the same way—as informational only.
Maps and nearby places: Results come from Apple MapKit / Apple Maps and third-party business listings. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or safety of any location. Driving and road use are your responsibility.
Calendar export: Where available, events are written to your calendar. We do not resolve conflicts with other events; you may edit or delete entries on your device.
Notifications: Maintenance prompts may use local notifications on your device if you allow them. Delivery is not guaranteed; check the App and your vehicle regularly.
You retain rights to information you enter. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, process, back up, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of mileage, VIN, dates, and costs you enter. Reminders and summaries depend on your inputs.
You agree not to misuse the App; probe, attack, or circumvent our systems or security; attempt to access other users' data; scrape or overload our infrastructure; interfere with other users' access; upload malware; impersonate others; or use the App unlawfully. You may not use the App to violate intellectual property, export, or motor-vehicle laws. We may suspend or terminate access (see Section 15) for violations or risk to the service.
The App, branding, design, and non-user content belong to us or our licensors. Except for the license above, no rights are granted.
The App relies on third-party infrastructure and SDKs that may change, fail, or update their terms—including without limitation Apple (App Store, MapKit, In-App Purchase, Sign in with Apple, device services), Google (Google Sign-In when offered in the app for authentication), and Supabase (authentication and cloud database). AppsFlyer (analytics and attribution) runs in MotoCare iOS builds we distribute with a valid AppsFlyer configuration, as described in our Privacy Policy. Optionally RevenueCat (subscription tooling), or Anthropic or other APIs, may apply if enabled in a given build. Your use of those services may also be subject to their providers' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, outages, or data practices except as required by law.
No warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory—including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or use—even if we have been advised of the possibility—arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, including reliance on maintenance schedules, reminders, map or shop results, calendar exports, or any AI or catalog-generated content. We are not liable for vehicle damage, personal injury, death, property damage, fines, or any real-world harm connected to maintenance decisions you make (or fail to make) based on the App.
Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us directly for the App or MotoCare Pro in the twelve (12) months before the claim (excluding amounts paid to Apple for subscriptions, which are between you and Apple), or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), if you only used free features. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, your content, your vehicle operation or maintenance choices, or your violation of these terms.
You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete your account in Settings where available, which removes your account and associated data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or backend (with or without notice where allowed by law) if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, abused the service or other users, or if we discontinue the service. Termination does not cancel Apple-managed subscriptions—you must cancel billing through Apple as in Section 6.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) survive termination.
If you are a consumer, mandatory laws of your country of residence may apply to certain rights and remedies and may not be waived by these terms. Where a court of competent jurisdiction finds a choice-of-law rule unenforceable for you as a consumer, the remainder of these terms remains in effect to the fullest extent permitted.
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where the law permits.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Apple EULA (where applicable) together form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App. We may assign our rights and obligations; you may not assign yours without our consent.
